  • Is there anything i will need to get my document notarized?
    As a traveling notary be prepared for travel fees. Below is a list of travel services pricing. Additionally to service you NotaryC will need all signers present at the time of notarization with proper government issued identification such as a drivers license, passport, military or state I.D. Once verified you as the signer will be instructed to sign your document. After the notary public witnesses your signature, then the notary will also sign and stamp an Official Seal onto your document that certifies your signature(s). Once the offical seal is stamped on your document, pay the fee for the notarization. Then, you can submit your completed notarized document to whom requested it. Types of Identification: • CA Driver's License or CA ID Card • US Passport or Passport Card • Other state's driver's license or ID Card • Canadian driver's license • Foreign Passport (stamped by USCIS) • Military ID • CA Inmate ID (if inmate is in custody) Does not expire • Credible Identifying Witnesses

  • What kind of documents require Apostille?
    There are many different documents that require Apostille. To name a few: Marriage Licenses/Certificates, Right to Travel/ Affidavits, Birth & Death Certificates, Power Of Attorney, Transcripts.
  • How much does it cost?
    Fees are as follows: Apostille/Authentication: (Includes Free notarization of documents and secretary of state fees) 1st document- $160 Additional documents - $70 per document. If needed more then 6 documents there is a discount as well*.

  • How long does it take?
    We provide same or next business day Apostille Services only. There is no waiting a week or so for documents we get them to the secretary of state right away.
  • How do i get California apostilles for my documents?
    To get started please call us to schedule pickup of your document(s). We offer same day service (document pickup, processing with secretary of state office, and return of the document certified).
  • What is an Apostille and why would i need one?
    The apostille is a certificate that is used to legalize a document for use in another country. Documents need to be authenticated by obtaining an "Apostille" before sending it to another country, outside of the United States of America. If you have been told that you need one, it is because your documents need this type of verification in order to be valid and accepted for official use by the receiving agency in another country.
